The organization is a rapidly growing healthcare provider delivering convenient, compassionate, high-quality care to patients in rural and underserved communities. Through an expanding clinic network of more than 60 clinics, they provide primary and family care alongside urgent, walk-in, and same-day access, with services that include chronic disease management, pediatric care, women’s health, and senior care.

The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will be an essential member of the senior leadership team and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer lead and improve revenue cycle performance across the clinic footprint.

The candidate will:

• Serve as the organization’s senior revenue cycle subject matter expert and is accountable for cash performance, revenue visibility, process reliability, and scalability.
• This leader will work closely with Finance, Clinic Leadership, Operations, and providers to establish standardized workflows, performance discipline, and executive-level insight into collections and reimbursement outcomes.

Ideal candidates will be a hands-on leader who can assess the department, implement best practices, and drive consistent improvement in a fast-paced environment. Progressive leadership experience within healthcare is required.
